Having joined Rcapital in 2014, Chris is currently a Partner and is head of new investments.

Chris’ spends most of his time working with the investment team and external advisors to source, evaluate and execute new investment opportunities from a diverse range of contacts across the UK. He also sits on the board of a number of investments and is a member of Investment Committee.

Chris is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute for Turnaround. Prior to Rcapital, Chris worked in KPMG’s Restructuring Team for ten years where he gained extensive experience of advising diverse stakeholder groups in complex and often distressed situations. In this time Chris was involved in a range of service offerings including buy-side support, working capital optimisation and accelerated M&A. Chris was also previously seconded to a major UK clearing bank for 12 months.

Chris has been involved in over 25 investments in his time at Rcapital and has sourced and executed a number of milestone investments including Summit Media, Cluttons LLP and Nasmyth Group.
