Alex leads Investor Relations, oversees corporate finance and M&A across the portfolio.
Alex joined Rcapital in 2019. Previously he was a Partner at mid-market M&A advisory firm, Arrowpoint Advisory, with a particular focus on the business services sector. Alex has over 15 years’ experience in M&A and fundraising and has completed over 50 transactions, including sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A and private equity buyouts. Alex is a qualified chartered accountant having begun his career at KPMG.
Alex lives in Wiltshire with his wife, three children and dog. Outside of work he enjoys playing and watching (and occasionally coaching) a range of sports including cricket, rugby, golf and skiing.
