Tara joined Rcapital in September 2022 as Company Secretary.

Tara spends most of her time providing company secretarial services across the portfolio as well as assisting with board governance.

Tara is a Chartered Secretary and an associate of The Chartered Governance Institute. Prior to joining Rcapital, Tara worked for one of Capital’s previous investments, Archant, for over 13 years. In this time Tara oversaw a wide range of duties which included corporate governance, data protection, investor relations, share schemes, intellectual property, and statutory compliance.

Tara lives in Norfolk with her dog. Outside of work Tara enjoys watching and supporting grassroots rugby and is Secretary at her local club and when not out walking the dog can often be found helping behind the club’s bar on match days. Tara also enjoys trying to play golf and stand-up paddle boarding.
