Seb is a certified chartered accountant and joined Rcapital from Kroll Advisory at the start of 2024, where he had spent the prior 10 years of his career working within the UK Restructuring team.

After training whilst undertaking insolvency mandates, he moved to the Corporate Advisory team in 2019 and led engagements to help distressed clients navigate what is often a stressful and uncertain time. Through this work, he has helped clients with operational turnarounds, refinances, critical cash management, sales mandates and contingency planning whilst also conducting numerous independent business reviews for a broad range of lenders.

Seb has worked across a variety of sectors including Aerospace, Budget and Luxury Retail, Charity, Recruitment, Logistics and Education.

Seb lives in Surrey and enjoys football, hockey and prefers to be outside and active when time allows.
