Lewis works with the investment team with sourcing, appraising and executing new investments opportunities.
He works alongside stakeholders to unlock potential in complex situations and achieve successful outcomes. Lewis will conduct an initial appraisal of new opportunities, coordinate the due diligence process and support the portfolio team with the implementation of a 100 day plan post-acquisition.
Prior to joining Rcapital, Lewis spent four years at BDO in their London Business Restructuring Team. Lewis worked predominately in the Special Situations M&A Team gaining experience in complex and accelerated M&A processes. Lewis is a qualified chartered accountant.
