Josie is responsible for identifying and structuring our investment and support to businesses and management teams, predominately in the Northern region. She brings personality as well as a practical, hands on and commercial skill set to all situations.
Josie is a Chartered Accountant with a Big 4 background and 20+ years’ experience in turnaround and complex situations.
Based in the North, Josie works closely with Management and national intermediaries to identify and complete new investment opportunities. Post-deal, Josie also supports the turnaround and growth strategies of Rcapital’s portfolio investments through the 100-day plan period.
Josie enjoys traveling the world, having made it to over 40 countries so far she is always open to travel recommendations. Annual trips to Europe skiing are a firm favourite!
Josie lives in North Yorkshire, enjoying village life with her husband and high school aged daughter. When at home she is kept active walking her chocolate Labrador as well as running, and playing (and regularly getting beaten at) netball.
