Gina manages compliance, KYC, and marketing for the team. Working closely with Phil on compliance, she also leads Rcapital’s marketing activity and oversees KYC requests and marketing support for portfolio companies.

Gina joined the team in 2024 as an Office Assistant and quickly expanded her role, bringing her skills and initiative to the compliance and marketing departments.

Before joining Rcapital, Gina trained at The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and worked professionally as an actor for several years. Outside of work, she is a qualified yoga teacher and is currently developing her first full-length play.
