Excellent Performance Leads to Business Expansion for National Logistics Training Provider

As with any business, the better it performs, the more organisations want to work with it. This is true of National logistics training provider, System Group, who today announce over 30 new job openings to support with its rapid growth following excellent results within its specialist field.

The training organisation, which act as an outsourced training partner for some of the UK’s most recognised logistics businesses, announced the vacancies on the back of securing a multi-million-pound Adult Education Budget from the UK Government, as well as several high-value national contract wins.

System Group, specialists in apprenticeship levy funding, workforce skills optimisation and learning & development strategy, will be looking for experienced trainers to fulfil job openings covering employability skills right the way through to leadership & management qualifications, as well as administrators, account managers and more.

Colin Gordon, Group Business Development Director added;

“We’ve seen some very exciting growth over the past couple of years in particular, which is testament to the performance of the great people within our organisation.

We’re consistently receiving excellent feedback from customers, not only because of the quality of learning and the support provided to the learners, but because of the wider support we provide our customers, over and above what can be expected from a training provider.

Our job doesn’t start once the learners are in the classroom, it begins much sooner than that, at the point where decisions are being made on learning and development and people strategies.

It’s that hand-in-hand approach to learning and development, as their strategic training partner which truly sets us apart and has often been the reason why some of the biggest names in logistics choose to work with us.”

It’s this partnership approach to learning and development which has also attracted the attention of organisations outside of the sector such as law firms and retailers, all looking to maximise their strategic output.

Colin Continues; “We have to consider the bigger picture when it comes to investing in learning and development. Many organisations will have training budgets that run into the hundreds of thousands. Couple this with the apprenticeship levy funding and we’re looking at millions of pounds worth of investment opportunity.

We see it as our duty to our customers and to the sector, that this money is spent on tackling skills shortages, and ensuring the invested amount ultimately leads to a sustainable workforce for the future. This is where our training partner solution works so well. We engage with customers long before these decisions are being made, this way we can help them identify existing shortages as well as possible future skills shortfalls to ensure the business continues to effectively operate to meet future demand.”
