Facilities management division of Richard Irvin has been acquired to create Richard Irvin FM Limited.
The business is headquartered in Aberdeen, with a further five offices across Scotland, and employs 335 people. The firm has a number of public and private sector facilities management clients, including Scottish councils, for whom it provides maintenance and repair services on a 24/7 basis.
