Rcapital acquired Gap Personnel in March 2025 from Open Up Group Inc., a listed Japanese corporate, as part of a strategic carve-out. The transaction is another example of Rcapital’s ability to execute complex, cross-border acquisitions, delivering certainty to vendors and their advisors.
Under Rcapital’s ownership, Gap Personnel will continue to be led by Mark Roberts and the existing management team. Together, we will support the business in accelerating its growth initiatives, enhancing its service proposition, and strengthening its position as a trusted recruitment partner in the UK labour market.
