Rcapital acquired Liftec Express in May 2025 from Otis. The transaction is another example of Rcapital’s ability to execute complex carve outs, delivering certainty to vendors and their advisors.
The transaction marks Rcapital’s second investment in the lift sector in recent years, following the carve out of Temple Lifts from Hitachi.
