Rcapital 50-mile cycling challenge raises over £2,000 for charity

94 cyclists from the investment and turnaround community took part in a demanding 50-mile ride organised by Rcapital. The event started and ended in Chipping Norton as riders enjoyed a challenging route throughout the Cotswold’s.

The Rbike Ride is now in its fifth year and continues to grow in popularity for the keen cyclists within this professional community. This year, Rcapital encouraged riders to support their chosen office charity, raising over £2,000 for Alzheimer’s society.

Although the ride is non-competitive, prizes were awarded to portfolio company Greens’ for fastest individual and Duff and Phelps who won the team prize. A huge thank you to all of this year’s participants and their donations for helping Rcapital beat their 2018 fundraising target. Plans are already well underway for 2019 so best start training soon!
