System Group welcome new CEO

Paul Hudson joins System Group from Capita, as Managing Director of Apprenticeships, he was responsible for establishing best practice learning programmes. This gave Paul a wealth of experience of the vocational training and Apprenticeship market across a wide range of different sectors.

Paul has over 20 years’ experience in operational and HR roles within the Hospitality Sector and entered the Skills sector as COO of Lifetime Training, the largest provider of Apprenticeships in the UK. After supporting growth in both learners and quality at Lifetime joined Capita as the MD of their Apprenticeship business and led the transformation into a large scale, high quality provider.
