Having supported the team at Rcapital for more than a decade, Richard and his team have been responsible for the turnaround, growth and sale of four of Rcapital investments. In addition, he supports the team as required, in evaluating new business opportunities and projects from an operational and stakeholder perspective.
Richard’s drive is working with Company management teams in developing and implementing profitable business strategies with a view to exceeding sales and margin targets whilst adding value to the Companies service offering. He is passionate about maintaining and raising standards of customer care and service at optimum cost whist in parallel driving forward with his team major Cost, Revenue and Structural Productivity Integration programmes.
Prior to Rcapital, Richard’s career was predominantly directed towards the running of blue chip companies with the invariable challenge of turnaround and growth.
