Nick works in both executive and non-executive roles, implementing restructuring programmes, rebuilding the confidence of stakeholders and managing the relationships between lenders and debt holders, shareholders and boards.
Nick is experienced in dealing with large, complex and challenged business, often involving corporate-carve outs, pension issues or in need of a formal process. He has worked in a wide range of sectors including; retail, facilities management, media, printing, packaging, engineering and manufacturing and secured over 3,000 roles as Chief Restructuring Officer.
