We enjoyed a fantastic turnout, with 83 colleagues cycling from across our portfolio and the investment community. There was a fantastic team spirit, each rider making a huge effort to take on the 50 mile cycling challenge through the Oxfordshire countryside.
We celebrated individual and team achievements post-ride at Burnham Beeches where we hosted an informal hog roast and small awards ceremony.

Although our ride is just for fun, we can’t ignore the competitive interest in the day. Congratulations to David Adams from Shoosmiths who completed the ride first in an impressive 2hrs 27mins. David was also part of the winning ‘Best Dressed team’ Shoo off a Shovel for their jazzy jerseys.
The ‘Team Spirit’ award went to Hotelcare, for showing a truly united front. Our friends at RJP, Bobby Millard and Nick Stalker, received our special award for a valiant effort put in at the half-way station pub… needless to say they hitched a lift back to finish line!
