Matt is a senior advisor at Rcapital. His expertise is drawn from 20 years of experience working in the construction industry.

He has held senior management positions at The Berkeley Group PLC, Crest Nicholson PLC and most recently, Managing Director of Project Services at Alfred McAlpine PLC, which at the time of his tenure, generated revenues in excess of £1billion.

Matt has been working in partnership with Rcapital since 2008 and works alongside management of the portfolio companies to restore business stability and future profitability.
