SciChem host PASCO at top European conference

SciChem’s UK education team recently exhibited at Europe’s largest science education CPD conference – Association for Science Education (ASE), held at the University of Birmingham. This national conference brought together the best speakers and practitioners across academia with 504 sessions, 473 speakers and 2,000 delegates including science teachers, technicians and university students.

This was SciChem’s biggest exhibition in recent years with a dedicated area showcasing PASCO scientific’s award-winning data logging and software, and a range of innovative and curriculum-relevant products from popular brands including Narika Corp, Ohaus, Lascells and Simax.

“There was a lot of buzz and interaction on the stand with PASCO live demonstration sessions being held five times a day and an ‘Estimate the Mass’ competition.”

“We were excited to be joined by PASCO’s Chris Wilhelm who travelled from the US to share his product expertise and new product developments. We also partnered up with Trilby TV, experts in digital signage, and CTOUCH displays who fitted a 75 inch monitor on our stand to live-cast the PASO sessions.” commented SciChem’s Managing Director Ollie Birkwood.

The conference exhibition not only showcased the growing strength of the SciChem brand and product offering but also provided over a hundred sales opportunities which are currently being followed up with our sales team. Metrics across digital platforms including the website and Twitter saw a positive uplift following the event.  “We are looking forward to exhibiting again next year.” confirmed Ollie.
